Do you do exchanges?

No, at this time due to limited quantities I will not be doing exchanges.

Do you offer refunds?  

No, all sales are final. I will make expectations but please notify me within 24 hours of item been shipped to you.

Where are items shipped from?

All items are shipped from Dallas,TX.

How long for items to ship?

Items ship 2-5 business days from date of order, all expedited shipping same day or following business day.

Pre-Order items?

If you see an item for pre-order I will hold one for you once it arrives and will not be charged till I receive items in hand. I like to check the quality of each product.
